We Work With All NDIS Plan Types
No matter how your NDIS funding is managed, AHK Care Solutions can support you.
Self-Managed
You manage your own NDIS funds and can choose AHK Care Solutions as your provider. Enjoy maximum flexibility and choice over your supports.
Plan-Managed
A registered Plan Manager handles your NDIS finances. We work seamlessly with your Plan Manager to deliver services and process invoices on your behalf.
Agency-Managed (NDIA)
As a registered NDIS provider, we can deliver services to participants whose funding is managed directly by the NDIA through the myplace portal.
How the NDIS Works

Access
Apply for the NDIS through the NDIS website or call the NDIS on 1800 800 110. You will need to meet the access criteria related to age, residency and disability.

Plan Meeting
Meet with an NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to discuss your goals, current supports and what you need to live a good life.

Your NDIS Plan
Receive your approved NDIS plan outlining your funding across support categories. This becomes your roadmap for accessing services.

Choose a Provider
Contact AHK Care Solutions to discuss how we can support your plan goals. We will help you understand which services align with your funding.

Get Started
We create a personalised support plan tailored to your goals and begin delivering services — at your pace, your way.

Plan Review
Your NDIS plan is reviewed annually (or sooner if your needs change) to ensure your funding continues to meet your goals.
What Can Your NDIS Plan Fund?
NDIS funding is divided into three support budget categories. AHK Care Solutions delivers supports across multiple categories:
Everyday supports including personal care, household tasks, transport and community participation.
Supports that help you build skills and independence, such as life skills development and support coordination.
Funding for home modifications and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
