Specialised Support Coordination (NDIS Support Category 0132) is for participants with complex support needs that require expert assistance to resolve significant service barriers and implement their NDIS plan effectively.

Who This Service Is For
Specialised Support Coordination is designed for participants whose support needs are too complex for standard Support Coordination. This may include participants with psychosocial disability, those transitioning from hospital, justice or out-of-home care, or those at risk of harm or homelessness.
