Our Nursing Team
AHK Care community nurses are registered with AHPRA and have extensive experience in disability and complex health support. They work collaboratively with your existing medical team, families and support coordinators to ensure seamless, safe care.
Available Across Sydney
Our nurses provide home visits across Sydney and surrounding areas. Same-day and short-notice visits are available for urgent clinical needs.
